Food Coma

After our national eating extravaganza, it was inevitable that the following days would be spent in our PJs, eating leftovers and playing boardgames by the fireplace. Oh, and having pumpkin pie for breakfast!

Here is a dish which I have been making for years. It may not be the most aesthetically pleasing, but it sure tastes good.

Leftover Sandwich
Ingredients:
1. A dinner roll, sliced in half, (horizontally)
2. Left-over turkey, (in pieces no longer than the dinner roll's diameter)
3. Cranberry sauce
4. Gravy

In a pot heat up the gravy with the turkey pieces. Toast the rolls.

To assemble: spread cranberry sauce on each half-roll, then place the gravy-coated turkey slices on the bottom half.
Put the other half-roll on top, eat and enjoy!
